• Luxury Ambassador’s listings are displayed at the top of all search results in Ambassador’s local market.
This enhanced positioning can be demonstrated at Ambassador’s listing presentationsto potential clients.

• A banner displaying Luxury Ambassador’s personal photo, contact information and a representative property is displayed at the top of all search result pages in Ambassador’s local market. This banner will click through to Ambassador’s personal profile page that includes Ambassador’s customized message, links to Ambassador’s website, direct email access and thumbnail photos of all Ambassador’s listings in that area on the site.

• Luxury Ambassadors will be introduced in our Luxury Market Watch Newsletter and Luxury Market Blog.

• Luxury Ambassadors will be provided with a UGE Luxury Ambassador logo to use on Ambassador’s marketing materials and Ambassador’s website.

• Networking & Professional Development: Luxury Ambassadors will have access to once-a-month telephone
meetings with other Luxury Ambassadors and also special training sessions with top luxury real estate coaches and marketing consultants.

• Luxury Ambassadors will gain access to special promotions from affiliates and strategic alliances of Unique Global Estates

• Luxury Ambassadors will be invited to a special meeting before The Luxury Conclave. The Luxury Conclave is an annual event that we co-sponsor with The Wall Street Journal, Unique Homes magazine and CKG International.

The Luxury Ambassador Spokesperson is an additional designation. There is only one Luxury Ambassador Spokesperson for each local marketplace. The Spokesperson for an area will be interviewed by Donna Lee Laue , Founder/CEO of Unique Global Estates. The personal recorded audio interview about the respective area will be posted on the site for one year. During the month the Spokespersons are interviewed, the audio interviews will rotate through a high-profile placement on our Home Page and be displayed in our Luxury Destination Magazine. This special designation will also appear on all of the Spokesperson’s Unique Global Estates property listings.
