NOTE: You must accept the Internet Services Agreement before you can begin to enter ANY properties onto the web site.
This Agreement is entered into by and between Unique Global Estates, a division of LPN Ventures, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") and _____________________ (hereinafter "Agent").
Agent agrees to use the Company's website, which website features listings of homes with prices greater than US $1 million.
Agent shall have the right to place real property on the Company's website that has a listing price of US $1 million and will have access to the website.
The Company, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to publish and post the information submitted by Agent in a fashion it deems beneficial to both parties.
By presenting homes on the Company's website, Agent agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any future rules or conditions which may arise.
